Should I submit a picture and resume to this one even though I don't fit the breakdown? I seem to be getting a lot of these urgent casting notices even though I don't fit the breakdowns. Wouldn't I be wasting their time if I sent in a picture and resume? I realize why I'm getting these, and I appreciate it, but....

Yes, you would be wasting your time submitting for something you clearly are not acceptable for

The notice STATES SEVERAL of the many reasons you are Receiving notices that do not fit you 100%.
I Can't list every single reason you get them when you are not 100%,
But any notice should only be applied for IF there is a chance of you getting Hired
