Can i still find jobs with DragonukConnects if I only have a Basic profile not a Paid one?

Everyone gets the same Newsletter - Complete with Employers Contact Info - you contact them yourself directly

If you do not apply for the job - there is no way you can be hired for the job. The tools you reply with are what sets YOUR REPLY above or below the others applying and the Tools they replied with

Every one who has a Headshot and Resume in their profile is included in searches - those without Both headshot and resume have excluded themselves from the searches . The Talent either Include themselves and put both in their profile or they exclude themselves by not putting both headshots and resumes there.

We have 2 main types of searches

1) Profile search casting Notices - Where I input the Employers needs into the system (Age ranges, Gender, Ethnic Background, Union or Non-Union, Height, weight, Hair color, Eye Color, Wardrobe sizes ETC) and the Casting notice is emailed only to those that profiles match. Any unanswered Question in your profile WILL EXCLUDE you from that search if it is part of the Employers Description. You either filled your profile out or you didn't. The correct info is either in the system or it is not

80% of Profile search casting Notices are not sent out in the Newsletter - You either get them when the search is done or you never know about that job opportunity

Without both Headshots and Resumes in your profile- you have excluded yourself from all Profile search casting Notices

2) Employer searches Where the Employer sits in their office and Searches our database looking for those that fit their needs. The Employer Inputs (Age ranges, Gender, Ethnic Background, Union or Non-Union, Height, weight, Hair color, Eye Color, Wardrobe sizes ETC) Into the system and gets a file with headshots of all those that Fit

Again they are only searching profiles with both Headshots and Resumes -- Talent without both in their profile have excluded themselves from the search.

Also Again, The Employer Input their NEEDS (Age ranges, Gender, Ethnic Background, Union or Non-Union, Height, weight, Hair color, Eye Color, Wardrobe sizes ETC) Into the system - if you did not answer ANY OF THE QUESTIONS IN YOUR PROFILE - YOU HAVE EXCLUDED YOURSELF FROM THE SEARCH

The Employer then clicks on the Talents Headshot and for PAID MEMBERS the file opens and they review your Profile, Listen to the MP3 you set up to introduce yourself (if you set 1 up), read your resume, look at your character shots in your photo albums, Watch your Demo reels, listen to your voice reels and Bring you in to audition or Hoire you without an audition

Basic FREE members (as long as Headshot, Resume and Profile questions are answered) have their Headshot

in the search as will but their profile will not open - If the Employer does not find enough paid Members - They email me a list of Basic members they are interested in and I get the requested info from the profile and send it out to them or tell them you did not provide any info

The needed info is either in your profile or it is not
