 Posted 12:48 PM Aug. 31, 2010  WHAT: Sean Pratt presents, “The One Day MFA – Mastering the Film Audition” a day long workshop with Film Casting Director, John Strawbridge focusing on Auditioning & Actor Marketing John’s class, “Your Audition – Be Ready for Your Close-Up!”covers the following:
· Each actor will present one 2 minute monologue audition piece - bring your own or one can be provided...cold! Then John will review the monologues on video.
· John will provide feedback and give adjustments, geared to you as a performer.
· As time permits, John will talk about the audition process, and in particular, the Stonehenge Auditions.
Sean will present his seminar, From Hello to Hired – The Art of Actor Marketing. It covers:
· An understanding of the “Actor’s Business Cycle.”
· Various forms of advertising to get your marketing messages out.
· The “Nuts and Bolts” of setting up a marketing campaign.
