We can get through with Internet Explorer, but it will not work when we are on Firefox.

HI Victoria, I'm Jay, the administrator for the site. Actually, I'm using firefox right now and all seems fine. Can you be specofic as to what is occurring. Can you not login, or is there something else happening after login? I would love to know so I can fix the problem and get you going on firefox.

Internet Explorer works great. But Firefox lets us log in and then stays on the page "log in". We log in over and over and can never get inside.

Hi Victoria! If you don't have cookies enabled in Firefox, Dragonuk Connects can't keep you signed in long enough to get inside. To see if you have cookies enabled check your Preferences and then look under the Security tab. You should now see Cookies and a check box next to "Accept cookies from sites". If it isn't checked, check it off and then sign in again.

Jesse is right, but did not realize that there was a bigger login issue that has now been resolved. If any of you have any future login issues, please click the contact/support button at the bottom of any page.
