Rates for services, a frequent question on e-lists. As a freelancer
one has great latitude but if a member of a professional society or
union one's choices may be restricted. This is a general response to
the question:

Variables affecting charges for each opportunity.

* Reservations in advance with a survey questionnaire
* Level of knowledge individuals bring to the class
* My level of knowledge and experience related to the topic
* My time/distance costs portal to portal
* Equipment I need to take to location
* Prorated "equipment replacement-maintenance" costs
* Number of persons attending
* My relationship with the group and my passion to work with these
individuals or this group
* What skills and experiences individuals in the group may
contribute to my professional growth
* Groups ability to pay
* What are my my food, clothing, shelter and other costs vs liquid
assets to keep me away from economic harms?
